Privacy policy
Version 2026-10
JRAC GROUP PTY LTD (ABN 71 678 901 687) trading as Second Summer (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your contact details when you book a site visit or send an enquiry: name, phone, email, suburb and postcode.
- Your answers in the price calculator and hot tub designer, such as pool type, size, condition, access and the options you chose.
- Photos you choose to upload of your pool, access or equipment.
- How you found us, such as the page you arrived on and campaign tags in the link.
- Your answers in progress, stored only in your own browser so a refresh doesn’t lose them. They aren’t sent to us unless you submit a form.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out a site visit, prepare a quote, and do the work if you go ahead. If you tick the separate box for news and offers, we’ll occasionally email you; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only people who help us do the job: for example engineers, certifiers and the service providers that host this website, store enquiries and send email. We don’t sell your information.
Where it’s stored
Enquiries and photos are stored securely with our hosting and database providers. This website is hosted by Netlify. Enquiries, design details and any photos you submit are stored in Netlify’s storage. If you choose the “see it in your own backyard” photo preview, the photo and design details are sent to Google (Gemini) to generate the image. Emails with your design or quote are sent through an email service provider. Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@secondsummer.com.au.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we’ve handled your information, email us first. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
